Oxford Practical secondary school proudly announces upgrading its class to grade 11 & 12 with faculty of management subjects from 2079 academic year and the school will introduce other streams in near future as on need based. 

Curriculum 

The school follows duly the curriculum prescribed by the curriculum development center of ministry of education Nepal.

Why +2 Management

Secondary Level two-year course 
provides basic knowledge about the facts and principles of Management Stream. It will create a foundation for students aspiring to pursue a career in Management. As Business Management is one of the most sought-after disciplines at present, it prepares students to take up managerial responsibilities in all types of organizations by equipping them with essential skills to adapt and do their best. 

Admission Prerequisite:
The admission procedure consists of an entrance examination conducted by the school followed by an interview. For entrance examination eligibility a candidate must have passed SEE or equivalent examination from Nepal or foreign institution with minimum grades as quoted by the Nepal Education Board (NEB) in each subject. Once the application form is submitted, the candidate will have to appear for a regular entrance exam on scheduled date. The entrance test comprises of questions related to Mathematics, English and General Knowledge.

After successful clearance of entrance exam, the candidate will be required to appear for an interview conducted by the institution along with their parents or guardian. Students who have passed the entrance examination and interview are eligible for admission at Oxford school in +2 program (Grade XI).

SCHOLARSHIPS

Need based scholarships offered . Financially needy students can apply for the scholarship to study at Oxford Practical English School under the following categories. 

• School Topper scholarship: (100 % in annual fee and 70% in monthly fee)
• Single parent (mother) scholarship:  A boy and a girl (100 % in annual fee 50 % in monthly fee)
• Geographically remote area scholarship:  A boy and a girl  (50%in annual fee and 50% in monthly fee)
• Extra talent scholarship:  (scientific research, sports, dance and song etc. 50% in annual fee and 50% in monthly fee)
• Marginalized female scholarship for one student (Government school only)
• Physically impaired scholarship for one student (100% in annual fee and 50%in monthly fee)
• Alumni scholarship (100%annual fee and 50%in monthly)
