School House System
Our School House System
At Oxford, we take pride in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community through our dynamic house system. This time-honored tradition is more than just a structure – it’s the heartbeat of our school’s culture, bringing together students, staff, and the wider community in a spirit of unity, competition, and camaraderie.
Purpose and Vision
The house system aims to instill values of teamwork, leadership, and a sense of belonging among our students. By participating in various house activities, students learn to collaborate, respect one another, and strive for excellence, both individually and collectively.

These events not only nurture talent and skill but also foster a healthy sense of competition and house spirit.
Leadership and Mentorship
Each house is led by a dedicated team of house captains and mentors who guide and support their members. These student leaders play a crucial role in organizing house events, motivating their peers, and embodying the core values of our school.
Rewards and Recognition
To celebrate the achievements and efforts of our houses, we maintain a house points system. Points are awarded based on performance in various competitions, behavior, and contributions to school life. At the end of the year, the house with the highest points is honored with the prestigious House Cup, along with other exciting rewards and recognitions.
